What happens after you get in touch

  1. Step 1 · 5 minutes

    Share your goals

    Fill in a short form or send us a message on WhatsApp or WeChat. Tell us roughly what you’re looking for, your budget band and your timing — “just exploring” is a perfectly good answer.

  2. Step 2 · a 15–30 minute call

    We qualify gently — no advice

    We call or message you, usually within one business day. We explain how UK property buying generally works, answer your questions and ask a few simple ones of our own, so we only introduce you if it genuinely makes sense.

    • We’re honest if it isn’t a good fit
    • We tell you how we are paid
  3. Step 3 · with your permission

    Introduction to a sales specialist

    With your agreement, we introduce you to a specialist from the API Global sales team (or another partner we name to you first). They can talk through real, current opportunities that match your goals.

    • We pass on only what you agreed we could share
    • We stay in touch to make sure you’re looked after
  4. Step 4 · your decision

    You decide — in your own time

    There is no obligation. If you choose to buy, your contract is with the developer or seller — not with us — and your own independent solicitor handles the legal work and your money.

Timeline honesty

Property takes time. We’d rather tell you now.

A UK purchase is not a quick transaction, especially from overseas.

Buying a finished property usually takes a few months from offer to completion. Off-plan purchases — buying before a building is finished — can take many months or even years to complete.

Because of that, we keep careful records of every introduction and check in along the way, so nothing gets lost and you always know who to ask.

No rush

Take as long as you need. “Not yet” is a fine answer.
